The Crypto App is launching a new Pro and Pro+ subscription-based service offering and I'm a member of the app's previous lifetime Pro offering. What do I need to know?

That said, as a Crypto App user who has previously paid for lifetime access to Pro, you’re probably wondering if this impacts you negatively at all. The answer is “no.” We value you as an early and loyal Pro user and, if anything, this re-launch only means good things for you. Here are the main things you need to know:

1. As a previous lifetime member of Pro, your lifetime membership will continue uninterrupted and you will always have access to the Pro features and benefits you had previously. However, your current tier will be renamed “Premium.”
2. One of the benefits you signed up for when you became a lifetime Pro member was having an ad-free Crypto App experience. However, due to a technical issue tied to the new Pro launch, some of our lifetime Pro members are starting to see ads again in the app. Please know that we are working hard to rectify this technical issue and ensure that all of our lifetime Pro members regain an ad-free experience as soon as possible. This should be resolved shortly but, if you are a lifetime Pro member who is continuing to see ads within the app after the next few days, please reach out to us at [email protected].
3. While you will continue to enjoy all of the features you originally signed up for when you became a lifetime Pro member, you should know that there are certain entirely new features being introduced with our new service that you won’t natively have access to. The differences between the tiers are reflected in the chart below.

We understand that this may make you believe that you may be missing out on everything The Crypto App has to offer so, as a sign of our appreciation for your loyalty and early patronage, we will provide you with an exclusive offer: access to Pro or Pro+ for 3 months, entirely free of charge!

During this period, you can take full advantage of the new features, which include everything from 42 token and market metrics powered by IntoTheBlock to market-leading analyst research delivered by Messari. This 3-month offer will not be available to anyone, anywhere else, so we encourage you to sign up and enjoy.

And if you try it out and feel it’s not for you longer-term, you can cancel at any time within the 3-month window and revert back to your previous lifetime Pro tier (now called Premium). This tier will always be available to you…forever. However, at the end of the free 3-month period, if you choose to either continue on the Pro or Pro+ tier you chose or don’t cancel, you will begin to be billed. But you will always have the option to cancel at any time and revert back to your lifetime Premium tier; you will never lose lifetime access to the functions you signed up for when you originally joined Pro.

This 3-month offer will be rolled out to all previous lifetime members of Pro (Premium members) within the next few weeks (but no later than the end of February).
