Payment Data

All payment data is collected and stored by Google Play and Apple App Store. Upon your payment, we are informed of the product or service you purchased, your country, and the amount paid. There is no other information provided to us for any of your purchases.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics (such as types and version), operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called ‘crash dumps’) and hardware settings. Furthermore, it is expressly acknowledged that The Crypto App and selected third-party advertisers may engage in the distribution of targeted in-app advertisements to users, predicated upon the assets present within their Portfolio or their geography. Such targeted advertising activities shall be carried out in accordance with the parameters established by the parties legitimate interests or as stipulated by applicable legal provisions. Users hereby consent to the reception of said targeted advertisements in alignment with the foregoing conditions.

Unless described in this policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

With your consent, or with your ability to revoke consent, we may share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes, as permitted by law.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy as we deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law.
